2. From Dusk Till Dawn - Stomach Mouth Death
Robert Rodriguez had a lot of fun designing the various vampires needed for the second part of From Dusk Till Dawn, but since it was already high on gore a few some of the outlandish creatures ended up on the cutting room floor.
This includes a snake-like creature that emerges from Selma Hayek’s mouth and an obese vampire stripper that kills a victim by squeezing a gooey pimple over him. The most nightmarish vampire was an ode to John Carpenter’s The Thing; namely, the creature with a huge toothy mouth for a stomach.
This vamp torments her victim by licking him with her warty tongue before biting his head off with her stomach mouth, all while George Clooney watches in horrified disbelief. In the end, this scene was too gross for the ratings board (it apparently freaked out Tarantino too) so Rodriguez cut it and released it as a deleted scene on the DVD.
