Speaking of the Terminator franchise, one of the most curious aspects of the films is that, given how the titular robots are supposed to be inconspicuous, they happen to resemble hulking, gigantic musclemen who speak in a thick Austrian accent. Well, it turns out the whole thing could have been cleared up with a deleted scene from Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines.

The scene shows a boardroom full of military personnel and executives watching a promotional video announcing their latest achievements in killer robot technology. It's learned that these new robots will be serving on the front lines on the battlefield. It’s also learned why the body design of the Terminator robots are based on Arnold Schwarzenegger.

According to the video, Chief Master Sergeant William Candy (Schwarzenegger) has had such an impressive military career that they've decided to model the Terminator robots after him.

However, when Candy opens his mouth, his signature emotionless tone has been overdubbed by that of a giddy, excitable Southern goofball. The scene is unquestionably bewildering, but there's one question in particular to ponder. Namely, wouldn't there be a warrant out for Sergeant Candy's arrest by this point? After all, someone who perfectly fits his description did murder a few dozen police officers about a decade earlier. This guy should be on every most-wanted list in the country.
