The Theory

Wonder Woman's (Gal Gadot) iconic - and thoroughly silly - invisible jet will make an appearance in the upcoming sequel.

Why It Might Be True

Last summer, leaked set photos depicted Gal Gadot suspended from wires in a seated position while appearing to tend to some invisible controls, bearing a not insignificant resemblance to how Diana would sit when piloting the invisible jet.

It's certainly possible that Gadot was simply filming a physical fight scene and this position was a coincidence.

Plus, it's honestly a bit weird that the jet would be flying so low to the ground (to say nothing of all the debris in its way), though that doesn't fully discount its potential presence either.

Given that the jet is a major staple of Wonder Woman lore, and the inclusion of Cheetah (Kristen Wiig) and a resurrected Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) suggest the movie isn't shying away from absurdity, perhaps Patty Jenkins can find the right tonal place for the jet to make an appearance.
