10 Insanely Dark Joker Moments That'll Never Make It To Film

7. Superman Kills The Joker - Injustice: Gods Among Us

Superman: a beacon of hope for so many, the Big Blue Boy Scout, the flawless superhero who is the shining light of the DC world. The Man of Steel is to DC what classic Hulk Hogan was to the WWF or what Captain America is to Marvel. And as ever with any good hero, Superman simply does not kill people. If it ever does happen, you know it€™s serious. For those who are familiar with the Injustice video game and its prequel comic, you€™ll remember the opening scenes of the game where Superman punches a hole in Joker's chest. Whilst that is a horrible act itself, it must€™ve took something truly awful to push the Last Son of Krypton to that point. As it happens, The Joker had shattered Superman€™s world. He essentially tricked Supes into killing Lois Lane and his unborn child, plus destroying Metropolis and millions of innocent citizens. Whereas Batman has shown remarkable restraint over the years when it comes to Joker and the horrific crimes he commits, Superman€™s buttons were well and truly pushed, resulting in The Joker getting his heart ripped out by the Man of Steel.
