6. Jessica Drew (Spider-Woman)

Another espionage-oriented character to the MCU's already spy-heavy roster, Jessica Drew (AKA Spider-Woman) may have a Spider motif, but she's not your average arachnid.
Bizarrely enough, Sony are the ones who own the rights to the character, even though the hero has pretty much never had anything to do with Spider-Man in the first place. She's an Avenger, an Agent of SHIELD and a damn fine hero at that, and one that would be a perfect fit for the MCU should Sony be willing to negotiate.
Drew's certainly one of the more recognisable faces to have featured on the team's roster over the years, with the character having only recently been on the receiving end of a sleek and modern costume change.
