10 MCU Scenes Everyone Wishes They Could Unsee
3. Bruce Banner's Poorly-Tracked Head - Avengers: Infinity War
One of Avengers: Infinity War's most iconic moments sees Thor (Chris Hemsworth) make his epic entrance in Wakanda alongside Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) and Groot (Vin Diesel).
As the Avengers react to his arrival, Bruce Banner - who is in the Hulkbuster armour at this point - laughs and shouts to every bad guy in the vicinity, "You guys are so screwed now!"
Except, something clearly went wrong while compositing this scene, as Mark Ruffalo's head is terribly motion-tracked onto the CGI Hulkbuster armour.
As a result he awkwardly moves around the screen, never convincing the audience that he's anything more than a disembodied Mark Ruffalo head cut and pasted onto the armour, and then motion-tracked by a VFX intern with a severe case of Friday Afternoon Syndrome.
With a budget said to be as high as $400 million, it's shocking that a major effects shot looks this rough.
