10 More Movie Sequels You Have No Idea Were Just Released

We truly don't deserve Scott Adkins - a phenomenally skilled martial artist who has been rather quietly tearing up the DVD/VOD action scene for years, and recently proved to be a scene-stealer as the portly German mob boss Killa in John Wick: Chapter 4.

One of Adkins' better-received VOD actioners in recent years was 2018's Accident Man - an unexpectedly charming, action-packed adaptation of the 1990s comic strip of the same name, starring Adkins as an assassin who specialises in making his hits look like accidents.

Critics lauded the film for its kinetic action and Adkins' entertaining lead performance, and at the end of last year, sequel Accident Man: Hitman's Holiday was rather inauspiciously released on streaming.

Despite coming and going in a flash, the sequel was similarly praised by critics, with many noting its higher production values and more outwardly comedic tone.

All the same, even if you randomly caught the first film on streaming some time, unless you're a ride-or-die Adkins fan you probably never even heard about this one.
