10 Most Anticipated Horror Films Still To Come In 2017
3. Death House
Yeah, we know, it sounds like a terrible B-movie, but check out the cast before you write off Death House entirely.
Dubbed 'The Expendables of Horror, the film brings together a lineup of genre legends including Kane Hodder, Barbara Crampton, Bill Moseley, Dee Wallace, Tony Todd and Camille Keaton, and was written by Leatherface himself Gunnar Hansen.
The story takes place within a secret prison facility which serves as a metaphor for the Nine Circles of Hell. Following a power breakdown, two agents must battle their way through its labyrinth of horrors with an army of inmates on their tails.
Death House released its first full-length trailer last year and gave us a look at the kind of bloody carnage we can expect inside the titular prison's walls.
It's pencilled in for release this year in the United States, and here's hoping we'll be able to get our paws on it over on this side of the pond.
