The roadways to Valhalla were glorious to behold, but no scene done it better than audiences’ true introduction to the petrol-fueled post-apocalypse.

With her pedal to the floor, a host of stowed away wives, and a party of War Boys on her trail, Furiosa rips her way through the desert in her War Rig. Max strung up on the front of a pursuer as a blood bag, things seemed that they couldn’t get more excitable. Then Miller throws in a behemoth of a sandstorm.
