10 Movie Sequels You Forgot Were Coming In 2020

9. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It

Candyman 2020
New Line Cinema

The Conjuring is back, and the third entry in the series is set to focus on a real-life murder trial where the accused claimed the Devil's involvement in carrying out the murder they committed.

This horror threequel is scheduled to be released on September 11th and so is still a fair way off, but will feature returning series actors Vera Farminga and Patrick Wilson, as famed paranormal Investigators - Lorraine and Ed Warren.

The infamous "The Devil Made Me Do It" trial is the first time in the history of American justice that a defendant claimed demonic possession as a means of not taking personal responsibility for a murder. The film will follow the events both proceeding, and during the trial, and delve into the alleged demonic possession that took place.

Directed by The Curse Of La Llorona's Michael Chaves, the faint-hearted may want to stay well away from this frightful follow-up from arguably, modern horror's most dominant film franchise.
