There isn't much to say here.

It's a Fantastic Four film that literally doesn't have them become the Fantastic Four until the credits roll. Fox needed to make another film so as to hold on to the rights and that's all this is; a placeholder film.

Between questionable narrative choices (having Reed Richards invent teleportation on grade school, not sending Sue Storm Planet Zero with the rest of them, turning 'it's clobbering time' into a statement said by Ben's abusive older brother) and poorly planned time-lapses (the film cuts to one year later just after they return from Planet Zero, when things might have had the potential to get interesting), the film can only hint at what is to come.

The Fantasticar, the actual team assembling, getting outfits that aren't just black jumpsuits, all of this and more is hinted at with a wink-and-nudge for the sequel, but never comes close to happening in the final cut of the film.

It exists to tease future developments in potential sequels because Fox waited until the last possible minute and didn't have time to do anything interesting with this film.
