5. Stab - The Scream Series
One of the reasons the Scream movies worked is their self-referential, tongue-in-cheek approach to slasher horror, and what could possibly embody those qualities better than a full length entry to its in-film series Stab?
Stab would essentially be a retelling of the original Scream with the comedy and B-movie campness laid on thicker. If that sounds horrible to you, bear in mind that they got four sequels of of Scary Movie.
Clearly there was an appetite for horror parody at one point, and a Stab adaptation would present the opportunity to do it better than the Wayans.
Plus if they get it off the ground soon, it might even spare everyone the trauma of a Scary Movie reboot. Hopefully Luke Wilson is up for reprising his role, too.
