10 Outrageous Claims Made By Movies (That Were Total Lies)

7. Large Enemy Hordes Are Honourable Enough To Fight You One At A Time

Kill Bill One of the most common tropes in martial arts and general action movies is the odd level of honour that the fleet of bad guys have when facing off against a usually widely-feared protagonist. In Kill Bill, for instance, would it not have made sense for the Crazy 88 to swarm The Bride and simply slash her to pieces; even if she'd managed to kill a few of them, who would really care in the grand scheme of things? Instead, one or two will attack her at once, and only when they are dead will any more run forward. Granted, Tarantino is obviously making fun of the trope, but this is a trend throughout the genre that's also complete bunk; if this ever happens to any of you in a real-life fight, then please, I implore you to send me the most abusive e-mail possible correcting my mistake.
