10 Potentially Awesome Movies Released In May 2015

2. Tomorrowland

There's been a lot of secrecy behind Tomorrowland, Disney's biggest release so far this year, starring George Clooney and Britt Robertson. The secrecy certainly suggests the potential for an interesting high concept movie with more depth than the average blockbuster. Whether or not Tomorrowland delivers in this regard remains to be seen - centring around a child genius (Robertson) and a jaded inventor (Clooney) who attempt to unearth secrets from a place which exists in their collective memory, it's certainly setting itself up as a movie along the lines of Inception and other more cerebral blockbusters. Given that Brad Bird is the director there's every reason to be excited that Tomorrowland will be interesting both visually and thematically, not to mention one worth checking out in an IMAX cinema.
