10 Reasons Suicide Squad Sucked More Than Batman V Superman

6. Surprisingly Generic Action Sequences

Though the trailers made Suicide Squad's action look visually lavish and intense...the majority of the best shots were blown in the marketing, and the actual sequences themselves are surprisingly bland.

The action for the most part amounts to the Squad shooting down hordes of anonymous zombies and a messy CGI-laced final battle, whereas BvS at least had a thrilling (if brief) battle between its titular characters and plenty of savage combat from Batman, even if it similarly suffered with a messy, CGI-driven finale.

There's just very little here set-piece-wise that sticks in the mind, which is criminal given how many distinct characters there are and how many cool things they should be doing.
