7. Shark Attack

Before The New 52, Aquaman had become a character who was considered little more than a joke thanks mostly to numerous parodies online and in shows like Family Guy. DC Comics did their best to make him cool, but his titles weren't selling and fans no longer seemed interested. It was a big task to make him relevant again, but they somehow did. The comics embraced the fact that people thought he was a lame superhero who just talked to fish, but made sure his actions spoke louder loud enough to prove otherwise. When he was introduced in Justice League for example, it was when he erupted out of the sea and used a shark to take out one of Darkseid's minions. How can that noot be in a movie? With Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa set to play Aquaman, it's obvious that fans will be getting a tough as nails version of the character regardless of recent developments in the comic books. However, it still wouldn't hurt to use a scene like this to establish what a bad ass he is, especially if it's the first time we meet him. It has to happen at some point...
