10 Ridiculous Movie Moments That Made Everyone Irrationally Angry

Oh, Martha. Listen, the scene was bad, and nothing written will make it click and be anything other than, well, dumb. Was it so dumb that it needed to make nearly every audience member erupt with fury?

The reason we were made to see the deaths of Thomas and Martha is to understand just how hard it was on Bruce. He watched his mother die and that is something he doesn’t want for anyone, not even his worst enemy, apparently. He probably wished so badly that someone was there to help him save his mother, and now he has that opportunity to save someone else’s.

Having mother’s that have the same name feels like a cheat, and it honestly probably should be deemed as such, but it is an emotional concept when looked at it more carefully. Maybe Affleck’s delivery of “Why did you say that name?” hurt it detrimentally, but Snyder shouldn’t be crucified for including a dumb concept in a film titled Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

The whole thing is inherently silly, so this shouldn’t have been hated more than…the whole film!
