As said in the previous entry, fans were all painfully aware that going into WandaVision, the android that made up the latter half of the title was dead. Not just kinda dead like those Thanos dusted, but truly, Mind Stone-ripped-from-your-head-and-turned-you-grey dead.

The first two episodes of the series didn’t really address the question. There were a couple of moments when the couple couldn’t remember their past or their wedding, but that all changed in episode four, after Wanda gave birth to Billy and Tommy.

The moment was built up to by a very tense conversation between Wanda and who we thought of as Geraldine, showing off the more sinister side of the former as her past and her brother were seemingly thrown into question. Once Geraldine strangely disappeared, it seemed as though that would be the scene, but how wrong fans were.

Out of absolutely nowhere, Wanda turned around to Vision to see him as MCU fans saw him last – devoid of colour and with a huge dent in this forehead where Thanos stripped him of his Infinity Stone. It lasted just a second before he was back to normal, but it was enough to once again throw into question everything fans thought they knew.
