Release Date: May 20, 2016 Neighbors wasn't the greatest comedy movie in recent memory, but it was good for a few laughs on a Thursday night. Plus, the pairing of Seth Rogen and Zac Efron proved to be a rather inspired financial move, which can mean only one thing: a sequel, ya'll. Believe it or not, but Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising is genuinely happening. No, it's not some cheap straight-to-DVD knock-off, but a genuine filmic endeavour coming to cinemas near you in 2016. Most importantly of all, Seth Rogen and Zac Efron are both set to reprise their roles from the original flick, alongside Rose Byrne and Dave Franco. Oh, and this time Chloe Grace Moretz has been thrown into the mix, too, 'cause why the heck not? The plot will feature Rogen and Byrne's characters "reuniting with Teddy (Efron) and Pete (Franco) to help battle the sorority sisters who move in to their neighboring house." Basically, it's the first movie, then, but this time with a scary Chloe Grace Moretz.
