2. Harry - Kingsman: The Secret Service

Kingsman Secret Service
20th Century Fox

Harry Hart is the epitome of class, politeness and the kind of stubborn eccentricity befitting of a British secret agent. Known as Galahad in the Kingsmen secret service, Harry acts the audience's guide on the morals and behaviour of the group, regularly teaching protagonist Eggsy about the importance of class and decorum in everything he does.

Tracing down a lead linking film baddie Richmond Valentine to a White Supremacist hate church in Kentucky, Harry sits in amongst the congregation but things begin to go array when he delivers that iconic line of 'so hail Satan, and have a good day' and gets up to leave. Valentine, watching on from outside, activates the SIM cards in the congregation's phones, causing them all to launch into a murderous frenzy and pulling Harry into one of the most bloody and brutal fight scenes modern cinema has ever produced.

In total, Harry kills 49 of the parishioners and leaves an absolute bloodbath inside the church. There's a tragic look of realisation on his face once the action calms down, the adrenaline leaves his body and the full extent of his actions settles in. Fortunately for Harry, he doesn't have too long to ponder things over once he steps back outside the church...
