10 Superhero Team-Ups We Must See In MCU Phase 4

There are two sides to Iron Fist. One is the mystical warrior, and the other is the martial artist. And if the MCU wants to focus more on the latter, then an upcoming project could pave the way for just that: Shang Chi.

Now, Shang Chi is getting his own movie later down the line in phase 4, so this team up may take a while, especially since the MCU can't even use Iron Fist again for a while. But the two greatest martial artists in the Marvel universe would make for a badass crossover.

Considering that Iron Fist relies on ancient mystical magic to put him on par with supervillains, a crossover between the two could definitely find humor in Danny feeling emasculated by Shang, who holds his own in fights with villains who take on the Avengers on a daily basis by just being the absolute best at multiple forms of martial arts.

But the biggest reason to have a crossover between these two characters is that it gives any movie they're in the chance to have the best action scenes in the MCU, since both characters require having actors who actually know how to fight. Which means the fights can be more elaborate, brutal, and less reliant on special effects until Iron Fist breaks out his namesake.
