6. She-Hulk

She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters) is essentially a female version of Hulk, as the name would suggest. She gained her powers when, after being shot by some mobsters, her cousin, Bruce Banner (the aforementioned Hulk), saved her life by giving her a last minute blood transfusion using his own gamma-infused blood. As She-Hulk, her powers are very similar to those of her powerful cousin - she possesses great superhuman strength, endurance and healing abilities - but she usually retains her intelligence after the transformation and can transform at will, rather than by having to get angry. She has been a key member of teams such as the Avengers (who, of course, already exist on screen), the Defenders, the Lady Liberators and Heroes for hire, amongst others, so there are many routes through which she could make her way to the movie universe. She's also another one of those green girls that some fanboys have a thing for and I'm sure they'd welcome a live action version with open arms.
