10 Supernatural Heroes We Can’t Wait To See In The MCU

If any character has come to represent the supernatural side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it's Doctor Strange. His first film was a kaleidoscopic dive into the world of magic and mysticism, and the upcoming sequel promises to reframe everything we know about the MCU by kicking open the doors of the multiverse. It only makes sense that some of his friends from the comics would be primed to make their big-screen debut.

One of those characters is Jericho Drumm, AKA Brother Voodoo. In the comics, Drumm is a psychologist who returns to his home country of Haiti after his twin brother, Daniel, informs him that he's slowly dying of a voodoo curse. After Daniel's death, Jericho takes up the voodoo arts and avenges his brother. He becomes an incredibly powerful practitioner of the mystic arts in his own right, even taking up the mantle of Sorcerer Supreme after Agamotto judged him to be a viable replacement for Strange.

Jericho's brother appeared in the first Doctor Strange, where he was unceremoniously killed by Kaecilius. This could very well serve as a reworking of Jericho's origin, and instead of training under a local voodoo priest, he could train under Strange. Only time will tell, but Drumm seems too significant a character to let languish in the pages of comic-dom.
