10 Things You Didn't Know About Felicity Jones

2. She's Oxford Educated

There are many brainboxes in Hollywood. For every matinee idol who gets work based on his pretty face than his ability to think about anything other than his workout regimen and the oil he puts on his abs there's a Natalie Portman, who took a break from her career to earn a degree in Psychology from Harvard, having previously had papers she worked on featured in scientific journals. Harry Potter star Emma Watson is going down a similar path at the moment, earning a bachelor's in English Literature from the prestigious Ivy League university Brown. Before that she studied at Oxford University, because she is posh and English and it was either that or Cambridge. Following in those equally impressive footsteps is Felicity Jones. After a gap year following her A-levels, during which she appeared in the BBC series Servants, Jones read English at Wadham College, Oxford, graduating with an upper second in 2006. All the more impressive when you consider she was balancing that with The Archers and student theatre productions.
