7. New Cast Members

Despite the return of plenty of familiar faces, Mission: Impossible 5 has made some impressive additions to its cast too. Alec Baldwin (The Departed) is set to play the head of the CIA, while British actor Simon McBurney (The Theory Of Everything) has also been recruited for a mystery role. Another Brit joining the cast is Rebecca Ferguson. Her biggest movie to date is Hercules, and she's expected to play a new love interest for Ethan Hunt. Interestingly, Chinese actress Zhang Jingchu (Rush Hour 3) has also been cast in what's described as a major role. The most exciting addition to Mission: Impossible 5 has to be be Prometheus and '71 star Sean Harris though. Despite the fact that the plot is still being kept a secret, it is known that the actor will play the movie's lead villain, a role which it's not hard to imagine Harris relishing. Seeing him take on Cruise's Ethan Hunt should be a lot of fun.
