Looking like that, it's arguable that Chris Hemsworth would have found success in Hollywood even without landing the role of Thor. However, his portrayal of Loki's elder brother is undeniably what catapulted his career in La-La land so he's on the list.
Before "electrifying" screens everywhere as the God of Thunder (rimshot), Chris Hemsworth was best known for playing one of the many topless hunks to make up the cast of Home and Away.
