10 Upcoming Horror Movies With INCREDIBLE Plots

6. Touch Me

Touch Me
Glowing Tree Films

One of the most buzzed-about horror films from this year's Sundance Film Festival, Touch Me centers around two co-dependent besties who become addicted to the most unexpected of things - to quote the movie's synopsis, "the heroin-like touch of an alien narcissist who may or may not be trying to take over the world."

Protagonist Joey's (Olivia Taylor Dudley) steamy encounter with said alien (Lou Taylor Pucci) not only provides sexual satisfaction, but his touch cures her many anxieties, making him a deeply desired commodity by not only Joey but also her best pal Craig (Jordan Gavaris) and, well, basically anyone else in the vicinity.

Reviews from Sundance have largely praised Addison Heimann's (Hypochondriac) second feature for its offbeat fusion of genres, running the gamut from horror to comedy to romance.

Given that sexy-scary-funny horror films are in relatively short supply - and good ones certainly are - this looks to be quite the quirky treat.
