1. Trickshot And The Tracksuit Mafia Expected To Appear In Hawkeye
There have been a lot of conflicting rumours about what's going on behind the scenes with Hawkeye, including the show potentially being "delayed indefinitely" due to star Jeremy Renner's personal problems as he goes through a messy divorce. Throw in the fact that Marvel Studios is struggling to secret Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop, and it's been hard to get excited about this one.
However, it's since been reported that work is still continuing on Hawkeye, and we have some plot details as a result. According to one fairly reliable source, the plan is for Clint Barton's brother Hawkeye to be introduced as a potential protagonist. In the comics, Barney Barton is also known as Trickshot, and he has a complicated relationship with his sibling to say the least.
He won't be the only threat Hawkeye and his new protégé face, though, as the "Tracksuit Mafia" are also expected to appear. They're a group of oddly similar looking gangsters Clint gets on the wrong side of, and it's clear that between this, Kate's involvement, and the concept art showing Pizza Dog, Matt Fraction's comic book run is heavily influencing the Disney+ series.
