After being framed for the murder of Mysterio, Peter Parker is going to be a wanted murderer in Spider-Man 3. It goes without saying that the web-slinger will need some assistance clearing his name, and that probably explains multiple leaks about him getting some assistance from a famous lawyer.

Thanks to some incorrect information shared by Kevin Smith, it was initially reported that Matt Murdock/Daredevil would take on that role, and while there are still rumours out there about the Man Without Fear's return to the MCU, there's actually a far more likely candidate. We are, of course, talking about Jennifer Walters, a.k.a. the Sensational She-Hulk!

In this shared world, Jennifer will reportedly specialise in superhuman law, so it makes perfect sense that she would represent Spider-Man. This leak also points to her origin story potentially playing out in Spider-Man 3 as we learn how she ended up going from mild-mannered lawyer to Gamma powered superhero ahead of her series on Disney+.
