3. Jason Momoa - Fast X

For all of the joy that can most definitely be found within Vin Diesel's increasingly barmy petrol-fuelled tribute to all things Familia, one thing the Fast series has been sorely lacking in recent times is the presence of a genuinely compelling villain.

Outside of Dwayne Johnson's no-nonsense Luke Hobbs, each and every other Hollywood A-Lister taking on Toretto and the gang has largely found themselves being wholly under-utilised, resorting to a few moustache twiddles and some typically excruciating dialogue before getting their ass handed to them.

So, even with Jason Momoa going as far as to note that his latest Fast villain in the tenth outing for the crew boasts a lavender car, paints his nails purple and pink, and is an all-round "peacock" of a being, it's pretty tough to get all that excited about yet another big-name action star struggling for screen-time with the likes of returning fellow big bad Charlize Theron and the incoming Brie Larson.

Momoa certainly comes equipped with enough charisma to make an impact as part of an ensemble if he's given a decent script to play with; just look at his recent work in Dune. Though you wouldn't bet on him finding that same level of writing on a Fast set.
