10 Upcoming Netflix Movies That Are Probably Going To Suck
4. Who Do You Think Would Win?
Release Date: 2018
David Spade in a film produced by Adam Sander... you know what that means! Another unbearable, dated comedy flick destined to be forgotten.
The plot here concerns two dads, one played by Spade, the other played by Nat Faxon, who begin to take their kids' questions about which one of them is the better dad to ridiculous heights. The film also stars Bridgit Mendler, who is actually talented and deserves a whole lot better than a role in this malarkey.
Perhaps in the hands of, say, Seth Rogen and James Franco, with Judd Apatow as producer, this could have actually been a pretty funny movie. Unfortunately you know that with Spade in front of the camera and Sandler behind the camera we're only going to get served with lowest common denominator crap - dogs humping, fart jokes, all that stuff you've come to loathe since you went through puberty.
It doesn't help that this film is also directed by Sandler regular Tyler Spindel, who hasn't got a single feature film to his name and is mostly known as "guy who pops up in small, thankless roles in Adam Sandler movies" (not, not Rob Schneider, though he is also that guy). Seriously, who are these terrible films made for?
Who do you think will win, then? Definitely not the Netflix subscribers.
