10 Villains Sony's Spider-Verse Must Introduce (And Who Should Play Them)

3. Mister Negative (Robin Shou)

Although Doc Ock was the big bad of the Spider-Man PS4 game, having Mister Negative serve as the primary antagonist was a great decision. Casual fans were treated to a villain they knew little about while hardcore fans had an opportunity to face a compelling villain that was hardly seen away from the comics.

Sony should bring Mister Negative into their Spider-Verse and Robin Shou should be the one to bring him to life. Love or hate the original Mortal Kombat movies, there's no denying that Shou was a perfect Liu Kang. With the new MK movie on the way, now is the time for him to enter into another iconic franchise and try his hand at villainy.

The martial arts scenes in the MCU Netflix movies were top-notch and Sony should integrate similar fight choreography into their films to tune down the heavy CGI reliance that a Mister Negative character will surely require. Shou, a martial artist and stuntman, could slide into this role with ease.
