10 Ways Matt Reeves Can Reboot Batman
1. Set The Entire Film In Arhkam Asylum
If the success of the Arkham video games proves anything, it's that there's a market for watching Batman brawl with inmates in the corridors of the titular madhouse.
Setting the next movie in the confines of the hospital for the criminally insane would not only make The Batman the most atmospheric entry in the series, it would also allow Matt Reeves to tell a villain-packed tale full of iconic bad guys.
An Arkham-centric Batman film would be a claustrophobic offering which embraces the character's horror undertones, and it practically writes itself.
But if Reeves has any trouble coming up with a story involving a trapped Caped Crusader and a mass breakout, Grant Morrison's 1989 graphic novel Arkham Asylum: A Serious House on Serious Earth would give him all the inspiration he needs.
