10 Weird & Creepy Moments In David Lynch Films

4. Laura Finds Bob Waiting in Her Room €“ Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me (1992)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAGh_Fl4cMw The TV series of Twin Peaks is remembered for many things; its wonderfully strange and diverse range of small-town residents, its surreal yet welcoming atmosphere that made it unlike anything else on television, its compelling whodunit plot and, of course, Bob (among many other things). Played by set decorator and prop master Frank Silva, his inclusion in the series reportedly was as a result of an error during the filming of the pilot when his reflection was accidentally caught in the mirror. In the prequel to the show, Fire Walk With Me, which shows the last week in the life of Laura Palmer, Bob is once again used as the terrifying face of evil. One very memorable scene sticks out from the film when Laura returns to her family home in the middle of the day and enters her room only to be greeted with Bob who's there waiting for her. It's a startling, very creepy scene in an often misunderstood and underrated film.
