10 Worst Foods In Film That Will Put You Off Eating Forever

9. The Stuff - The Stuff (1985)

After watching this, you€™ll never look at whipped cream in the same way again. The Stuff is one of those films where you wonder how on earth it was made. This 80s horror is a grotesque smorgasbord of the zombie space eels in Sliver and €˜The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man€™ in Ghostbusters. To give a very basic summary, weird yummy goo erupts from the earth and the American public begin to literally eat up the new dessert sensation now marketed as €˜The Stuff€™. Unfortunately, it takes over the brains of those who eat it, turning them into zombie-like creatures with no will to do anything but consume more of the creamy gloop by any means. Different substances were used in the making of the film, from Haagen Daz ice cream and whipped cream to fire extinguisher foam (you€™d imagine for those non-consuming parts of the shoot). In some of the scenes where the goo chases the characters, blended fish bones were used but the stench was so noxious that, as soon as they€™d finished filming, the actors ran into a nearby river to get the smell off them.
