11 Crucial Things Star Wars Episode 8 Needs

4. A Luke Skywalker Lightsaber Battle

It goes without saying that many weren't just expecting Luke Skywalker to have a significant appearance in The Force Awakens, but also partake in some savage lightsaber action, especially during Kylo Ren and Rey's climactic battle sequence. It didn't happen, and so by now we're desperate to see it in Episode VIII. It's entirely possible that Luke's "final form" will be merely teased and held off until a final confrontation with Snoke in Episode IX, but hopefully we won't have to wait quite that long. Even if it's just a brief sequence of Luke performing a momentous feat of Jedi heroism, it'd be an awesome sight to behold. This needs to happen: we've waited long enough already.
