While the final cut still has plenty of gore, the original version of From Dusk Till Dawn was too grisly for the MPAA, so a few bloody bits had to be trimmed. Amongst these was the introduction to the nasty vampire hag with a mouth in her stomach, a scene so nasty it even made writer Quentin Tarantino queasy.

It involved her human form sitting on a biker’s lap, but when all hell breaks loose she morphs into a monster and slips her wart covered tongue into his mouth. When he tries to escape she grabs his head, and he watches in horror as her belly rips open to reveal a toothy maw; she proceeds to bite his head off.

While this moment was deleted in the final cut the hag monster can still be seen during the battle, most noticabley when the survivors finish off the remaining vamps; look for the ugliest one.
