Infinity War was the most ambitious superhero movie of all time when it was released, and presented completely unprecedented opportunities to Kevin Feige and co. The Guardians finally met some of the Avengers, the Secret Avengers met up with Black Panther in Wakanda, and possibly the best coming together of characters, Doctor Strange and Iron Man.

The two egotistical superheroes clashed heads until having to get on the same page to defeat first Ebony Maw, then Thanos. Of course, they were able to defeat the former with the help of Spider-Man and the Clock of Levitation, but there was another scenario that could have happened that didn’t quite make the final cut. A scenario that could have potentially been one of the greatest moments in the entire Infinity Saga.

There was a scene shot in which Tony Stark and Stephen Strange’s fight against Thanos’ loyal lieutenant saw them trade suits and powers.

Doctor Strange took the Iron Man suit from Stark as a means to protect him from Maw’s needles, and Stark in turn sported the Doctor’s cloak. If there was one thing that could have made Infinity War any more epic, it would have been this.
