In a performance considered one of his greatest, Irons is able to convey a snarky, sadistic nature through the power of his voice, each line oozing with sarcasm and evil undertone. Whenever Scar is on screen his charismatic presence controls the scene, with every word the devilish character mutters shrouded in mystery and deceit.
