6. Godzilla Vs Ghidorah - Godzilla: King Of The Monsters (2019)
The biggest criticism the 2014 Godzilla film received was how the lead star was barely in it. He didn't show up for over an hour and was in the entire film for 11 minutes.
But for the sequel, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, the director ensured there was a TON of monster action, with Godzilla teaming up with Mothra to battle the lava-churning pterosaur, Rodan, and the three-headed hydra, Ghidorah.
After Ghidorah beats Godzilla to the brink of death, Dr. Ishiro re-energizes him by using the nuclear radiation of a detonated warhead. But even with his newfound power, Nuclear Godzilla is unable to defeat his nemesis, especially now that he's teamed up with Rodan.
After Mothra takes Rodan out of the fight and sacrifices herself by flying in front of Ghidorah's blast, her ashes fuse with Godzilla, magnifying his powers exponentially.
Granted with a new ability that allows him to emit a thermonuclear pulse, Super-Nuclear Godzilla melts two of Ghidorah's heads. With Ghidorah's remaining head writhing in pain, Godzilla puts his arch-enemy out of his misery with one final atomic blast.
