3. Dredd Might Get A Sequel On Netflix

After tragically not getting a sequel despite being adored by fans, the Dredd franchise might well live on beyond its studios reticence. There€™s a new fan movement - backed by 2000 AD - to give the franchise new life on either Hulu, Amazon or Netflix (along with HBO) where it could live on as a TV show or a sequel. The comic publishers say they€™ve already collected 136,000 signatures - which they might have been better getting as pledges on Kickstarter if they actually want a studio to pay attention. Source.
