6. Halloween: The Curse Of Michael Myers

The One With Michael Myers.

One of the few non-primary Friends on this list (friend of a Friend, if you will), Paul Rudd nevertheless made a major impact on the show as Mike Hannigan, love interest and husband to Phoebe. Rudd has since gone on to bigger (and much smaller) things in the MCU, but one of his earliest roles was in this sequel to John Carpenter's horror classic.

Rudd plays Tommy Doyle, one of the survivors of Michael's original massacre (remember the kid Laurie Strode was babysitting?), who faces a sudden fight for survival when the masked boogeyman decides to pick a fight again.

One of the worst Halloween sequels (no small feat), The Curse of Michael Myers is a sloppy mess, retreading old ground while also continuing with its baffling legacy storyline. The effortlessly charismatic (even then!) Rudd comes out of it unscathed, making his appearance one of the film's saving graces, but this is one of the worse slasher sequels out there. Now... can we get him to reprise the role for this year's Halloween Kills?
