For a film billed as one of the two raciest films of the year (in terms of mainstream controversy) alongside The Interview, it was a shame that Sex Tape ended up being so disappointing. The comedy was flat, the acting horrendous at times and the sorry fact was that the boundaries simply weren't pushed enough to make it a worthwhile experience. But in among the mediocrity and disappointments, there was one moment of unwitting nudity from star Cameron Diaz, who had so far titillated without a real "show". As the offending sex tape was revealed, so too was a momentary glimpse of an uncovered nipple: no doubt unintended, but left in by an editor probably looking to encourage this kind of scrutiny. Thanks to Diaz's status on the upper A-list, that much was always assured regardless of how you feel about it.
