11. Luke Evans As Namor
For years and years there were questions over who owned the rights to bringing Namor onto the big screen. Reportedly the character has now returned to live under the Marvel Studios umbrella, and with the character seemingly teased in Avengers: Endgame, the Sub-Mariner could be making his way to Black Panther 2 in 2022.
It is quite surprising that through 23 movies so far in the MCU, Luke Evans hasn't yet been utilised by the studio, however it may be for the best as Namor would be the perfect fit.
The actor has experience in an action role with Bard in the Hobbit trilogy, and as a charming yet despicable villain as Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, all of which would suit the role of the Sub-Mariner. Not to mention with the size of and expectations of both these movies and roles, he should have no trouble fitting into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The nature of the character would immediately draw comparisons to DC's Aquaman, and Evans would tick every box. From the uncanny resemblance to the character, to the sex appeal of big muscles in very little swimwear, there is no one more suited to bring Namor to the MCU.
