6. The Butcher and the Reptile People - Midnight Meat Train

Photographer Leon (Bradley Cooper) is investigating a series of disappearance that lead him to an underground subway. Whilst investigating the subway, Leon witnesses a man hanging corpses on meat hooks. The man turns out to be 'the Butcher' (AKA Mahogany), played by Vinnie Jones (so named because he works in a meat-packing plant). After being attacked by the Butcher, Leon wakes up with strange markings carved in to his chest and makes his escape promptly. Leon's girlfriend Maya and her friend Jurgis become embroiled in the plot and Jurgis is kidnapped - prompting Leon to head to the meat-packing plant that the Butcher works at in order to put an end to his grisly deeds. A battle ensues and they end up in an underground cavern full of decomposing bodies and it becomes apparent that the Butcher is working for some reptile-people. His victims are fed to them in order to 'keep their worlds separate' and it turns out that having a Butcher is essential in order to keep humans safe. Leon ultimately kills the Butcher by driving a bone in to his throat and a train-engineer, who is in on the plot, explains about the reptile-people to Leon. The engineer then rips out Leon's tongue, eats it and kills Maya. He then informs Leon that he must become the next Butcher. The film ends with Leon being handed the schedule for the subway, as he takes up his new murderous role.
