8. BFG Meets The Queen (The BFG)
The Scene: BFG (Mark Rylance) and young Sophie (Ruby Barnhill) dose the Queen (Penelope Wilton) with a nightmare in order to convince her that the evil, child-eating giants are real. The pair then present themselves to the Queen, who immediately believes them due to her nightmare, and calls for BFG to be fed and watered in the most extravagant manner possible.
Cue BFG dining out in style and pouring out some of his Frobscottle beverage for the Queen and her guards to enjoy, leading to explosive farts all-around, even from the Queen's dogs.
Why It's Awesome: The sheer idea of seeing BFG hanging out with the Queen is hilarious enough, but it's realised superbly thanks to cutting-edge visual effects and superb performances across the board.
Also, it results in what might be one of the greatest fart jokes in movie history, totally innocent and lacking the juvenile tone typically associated with toilet humour gags.
