11. Skynet - All Of The Terminator Films
Time travel inevitably invites plot holes. It's impossible to write a story where some guy in the future sends his younger father back through time to make it with his mom so that he'll exist to save the day without a few eyebrows getting raised. The trick is to not think too much about it. Terminator is freaking cool, just roll with the weirdness. Yet there is one giant plot hole in Terminator that may have struck some audience members the moment they began watching. Why would Skynet send back only one machine to kill Sarah Connor when she was 19? Did it really have the ability to only send one T-800? Even if it did why send it back in time to kill Connor when she's an adult. Why not try to get her when she was a baby? Why kill Sarah Connor when it could kill her parents or her ancestors? Ha, Skynet, you stupid Internet evil entity you.
