12. Old Alice - Resident Evil: The Final Chapter
Milla Jovovich Instagram'd this image of herself in old lady makeup for a scene for the apparently "final" Resident Evil movie due out early next year.
Fans and the morbidly curious alike have naturally assumed this is a huge spoiler and partially ruins the ending of the movie, but Jovovich commented of her picture, "for all those who think this look is for the end of the movie, it's not!"
It's safe to say this is almost certainly a dream sequence, flash-forward or perhaps even a wraparound story. Either way, these admittedly solid makeup effects will probably end up being the best thing about the movie.
