11. Star-Lord's Mask And Rocket Boots

We've seen several image of Chris Pratt in the iconic Star-Lord getup, right down to the red coat and awesome helmet. What we didn't know, however, was that the helmet actually materializes from the back of Peter Quill's ears, seemingly in moments of danger or when he needs to make a run for it on some harsh alien planet. Cool, huh? The beginning of this trailer gives us an extended look at the scene where Quill is approached by Korath the Pursuer (Djimon Hounsou), after finding the film's McGuffin, a mysterious orb that is likely another of the Infinity Gems that Thanos is desperate to get his hands on. Quill ducks just in time to avoid a blast from Korath's gun, which blows a hole in the wall behind him. Quill then activates the boosters on his shoes, and flies out of there backwards, which re-materializes his helmet in time for him to run across the barren, dangerous looking landscape back to the safety of his ship.
