15 Most Epic Trailer Moments From 2014's Biggest Films
7. X-Men: Days Of Future Past - McKellen, Fassbender, and Stewart, Oh My!
Sorry James McAvoy, you didn't fit into the rhyme as well, we still love you, though. To see two renditions of Professor Xavier and two portrayals of Magneto in the same film, and the opportunity to see Patrick Stewart act opposite James McAvoy, and Ian McKellen act opposite Michael Fassbender, as the same characters, will potentially be a real joy to see. All in all, this is going to be an acting masterclass. To pick a standout moment from this amazing trailer is a difficult task. It's full of emotion, character and story, and it wouldn't be a wild bet to claim that this could very well be the best X-Men outing yet. Accompanied by two instantly recognisable cinematic tracks - John Murphy's Sunshine and Hans Zimmer's Journey to the Line, it is truly a trailer to raise the hair on the back of necks despite many people arguing that the scores are overused. To see McAvoy, one of the most exciting actors about right now, showing such anger, rage and sadness, it will be a Professor X that many of us have never seen before. Also, to see Hugh Jackman's Wolverine interacting with the younger Professor X and Magneto will be a thing to feast your eyes on - expect fireworks between Lehnsherr and Logan. This has the early signs to be the most impressive superhero of 2014 - we cannot wait until May!
